FOR BUYERS
Finding the right home in the right neighborhood can be challenging unless you have
a professional Realtor to help you.

The buying process begins by knowing what you can afford, what type home matches your
current and future life style, and where you want to live.  There are many new and older homes
to choose from in the Triangle area.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT BUYERS GET PRE-QUALIFIED BEFORE STARTING THE
SEARCH FOR A NEW HOME.

A mortgage lender, who represents a single company, or mortgage broker, who represents many
lending companies, can provide that service in less than one day.   With that information in hand,
I can help find homes for you to review in your price range.  Once you have found your new
home,
I will help you complete the Offer to Purchase and Contract and other needed documents.
There are several options to consider when completing this document and
I will guide you
through the process.

LET ME DO THE WORK FOR YOU!!!

By using the "Buyer Form" you can indicate your preferences for a new home.  I will search all
multiple listings and send you potential new homes for you to review.  Click to select the Buyer
Form
BUYER FORM .

I recommend that your new home be inspected by a certified inspector.  An inspection is a
buyer's expense; however, it typically can save you a greater expense later on. There are other
considerations, such as, wood destroying insects, radon, septic systems, wells, etc., that might
need to be inspected based on the age, location or condition of the home.   I can advise you on
what inspection services are recommended in the Triangle area.

I have compiled a list of some of the service providers that you can consider: (click here )

When applying for a loan, your mortgage lender should know how long you plan to live in the
new home so he/she can recommend a loan type that is best for you; i.e., fixed or variable.
